Catherine established her breeding program in Germany in 2000, built around two mare lines that have since proven themselves at the highest levels of the sport. The Elfenschein line (Figaro x Goldstern) and the Aronja line (A Jungle Prince x Winnetou) have consistently produced top performance horses, approved stallions, and exceptional broodmares across multiple generations.

Priceless (Prince Thatch x A Jungle Prince x Winnetou) achieved international Grand Prix success, representing France at CDIs. Frankie (Florencio x A Jungle Prince x Winnetou) won the 2017 USEF Developing Horse Championships at eight years old with Anna Stovall, and earned top honors in the CDI Grand Prix under Catherine.

The Elfenschein line produced approved stallions De Kuyper and Razzmatazz, earning Catherine the prestigious Silver Pin from the Oldenburg Breeding Registry. From the same line, Staatspremium mare Elfentanz produced Grand Prix horse Pentimento and approved stallion Romanesque, who competed at Grand Prix in the USA under Michelle Brady. Elfentanz's broodmare daughter Raureif has continued the legacy with offspring celebrated at Hanoverian Foal Presentations.

Vianne (Vitalis x Ramiro's Bube x De Niro) was accepted into the USEF Young Horse program at four years old in 2020, and in August 2023 placed top ten at the World Breeding Championships in Ermelo for seven-year-olds, a first for an American-bred horse at that level.

Catherine's newest line, founded by the mare Daenerys, shows exceptional promise. Her young filly by Total Hope shows striking international prospect.
